Every Friday, I send my clients a little note about resting and refreshing. Rest is so incredibly important. Mental rest and physical rest. They both serve a fundamental purpose in allowing us to live our best life.
Sometimes rest doesn’t look like sleeping in. Sometimes it looks like a hike, or reading a book, or enjoying a scoop of ice cream while you stare off in space. Whatever allows your mind to stop thinking about stressors, projects, and all the things that keep you up at night-that is rest.
Carve out time this weekend to rest.
To reset.
To refresh.
